Job Description |
- Answers support calls and emails from clients and works with them to resolve issues.
- Sets up network devices, Windows servers, client PCs and network printers at customer site.
- Performs on-site computer/network analysis, repairs and maintenance.
- Takes ownership of in-depth issues and troubleshoots as needed. Educates and explains features and functionality of computers/networks to customers.
- Works with other departments to solve problems.
- Effectively documents all requests and resolutions.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualification |
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two year college or technical school; two years technical support experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Customer service experience and excellent communications skills
- Experience working in Windows 2000, 2003, 2008, 2012 server, Mac OS, Active Directory and Group policy.
- A+ certification or equivalent
- Knowledge about networking/internet protocols; firewall/VPN experience is a plus.
- Ability to clearly communicate problems and solutions to clients.
- Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new technology.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to collaborate as a productive and active team member.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with little direct supervision.
- Valid state driver’s license.
